He, and the woman running for the Kennedy Seat, showed the usual arrogance and overconfidence that is thankfully crippling every plan he comes up with.  Even when he had all the power in both houses, he couldn't manage anything but giving away money that doesn't exist.  Yet he and his keep blaming "the other party."  No grounds for that accusation at all.  Second, that mess of bills has nothing to do with improving health care.  Nothing.  So the flushing sound is met with relief...</description>
