Looks like the evil number two (Dick Cheney) was more evil than anyone could have imagined. Seems he deliberately kept a secret program the CIA was running away from congressional scrutiny.

In fact, it appears, according to reports, as if he even kept knowledge of the program from other high ranking members of the Bush administration.

Now, here is the real catch.  This thing was—is—so secret, we don’t even know what the heck it was all about!

All we know is that the current CIA director was apparently so disturbed when he learned of this program that he ordered it to halt and notified Congress!

That is not good enough, though.

The American people need to be told what was being done in their name and why the Vice-President, who has no real powers under the Constitution, was running it in the first place.

Oh, and, of course, there is the small question about whether the number one person in the White House knew about this…what was his name again??? Oh, yeah, President Bush!
