That is a fancy government way of saying Social Security and Medicare.

Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio is a joke. Only, he’s not very funny, nor is the fact that he keeps getting himself elected as Sheriff of Maricopa County in Arizona–a county that includes Phoenix.
