		<description>California leads the way in many things... unfortunately they still can't get the spending under control. As far as emission standards I can tell you that california has always been the strictest and if you have ever been to LA you can understand why it's needed! :-)

I just think that the country needs to set this standard... have a roadmap in place and don't allow state standards. I understand saving the envoirment but i also understand that enforcing new standards costs $$$$$ and if its to progressive then we will have even more problems!
