Here’s something that employees all across American could proudly say “Yes We Can!” to: leaving work early to have sex to produce more babies.

The Japanese are already doing this. Honest. Companies like Canon, CNN.com reports, are actually letting employees leave one half an hour early so they can …well….you know! Make kids.

The Japanese are doing this because their population is aging faster than it is being replaced.

In this country, we are not there yet, but we soon may end up not having enough younger workers helping support the Social Security system to help older, retired workers.

More children might just be the solution and what better way than a Presidential mandate to go forth and have sex!

As popular as Mr. Obama is now, just think how popular he’d be if he declared this official government policy! He’d get elected for five terms–provided someone throws out the Constitution, of course.

“Yes We Can” would take on a whole, new meaning.
