Election Day Arrives. ‘Bout Freaking Time. Campaign for 2012 Starts Wednesday

This is it. Hard to believe, isn’t it? The damn election is just about over and, we can only hope, we will know by late Tuesday or early Wednesday whether John McCain or Barack Obama will move into the Oval Office.

There has got to be a better way to hold a presidential election in this country. I mean, after tomorrow, no matter who wins, people will start gearing up for four years from now! 

Only the media benefit from these protracted contests…more commercial buys.

But the founding fathers never in their wildest dreams imagined that presidential campaigns would go on for two years before the actual election!

Good luck to whomever wins tomorrow…and good luck to whomever will start running against him come Wednesday.
