Since the NYT is a private run newspaper, they should not publish McCain's article. It was poorly written and basically an attack piece against Obama. The NYT should not be forced into running advertisements for McCain (which is what his "op-ed" amounted to) just because they already ran on an actual op-ed written by Obama. If that's the stance we're taking then I demand that every 3rd party candidate receive an op-ed in every mainstream newspaper in the USA, actually in any case I demand that the 3rd party and independent candidates receive the same media treatment as the two, that are actually one, candidates. Since the NYT is a private run newspaper, they should not publish McCain’s article. It was poorly written and basically an attack piece against Obama.
