Obama & Clinton To Campaign Together Friday

It’s not exactly like being picked to be Barack Obama’s running mate. But Hillary Clinton will still get to share the spotlight with him Friday when they appear together in New Hampshire to show unity.
Of course, it will be a good testing ground for Obama to judge what the reaction is to the two of them on the same stage campaigning together for the very first time. Will he look better to some bathed in her reflection, or will he be eclipsed by her mere presence?
Back to the future?
Meantime, Clinton returned to the Senate today–her past and possibly future political home. She was greeted with cheers, say various news reports.
Behind the scenes, reports CNN and others, the Obama folks are working out at deal to help Clinton retire some if not most of her debt from the campaign, something that is a usual practice, so not too much ought to be read into that.
