New New York Governor Says: I Used Drugs; Revealation Comes After He Admits To Many Affairs

I can see it coming: sooner or later, the New York papers will have headlines saying : “NY Governor Says Once Was Hit Man For The Mob!” And, why not. Today, the headline was that New York’s New Governor, David Paterson, says he used to use cocaine and smoke weed.

Only last week you’ll recall, Gov. Paterson admitted that he had had affairs with several women over the years and that his wife was having affairs with other men about the same time!

All this followed on the heels of New York’s previous governor, Eliot Spitzer, getting caught using very high priced prostitutes in Washington. ( I said prostitutes, not lobbyists, though it can be difficult making that distinction.)

I guess the notion of “public service” has changed a lot over the past few years?

Well hey, if Barack Obama got away with it, why can’t he?

I’m so proud of what this country has become! We now look up to cocaine users as our top leaders!

Welcome to the decline of the greatness of America!
