Didn’t Geraldine Ferraro just yesterday say she would not back down or be pushed around by Barack Obama’s people because of her obviously controversial remarks that Obama would not be ahead in the Democratic presidential race if he was not black?
Yep. She did.
But, looks like Hillary Clinton’s people won out and forced out Ferraro from her position with Clinton’s presidential campaign.
Ferraro was the first woman to run on a major party’s presidential ticket.
Is Ferraro a victim?
In many ways, yes. And, the irony is, she is a victim of the very thing she was talking about. She claimed the Obama campaign tries to stamp out any critical remarks aimed at the candidate by suggesting that the person raising the question is racist.
Ferraro shot back the other day that she thinks that,too, is racist.
It clearly went down hill from there!
