Is he lying or does he have bad judgment?

That has got to be the question of the week for Barack Obama.

For the second time in two weeks, a top aide has told overseas concerns that Obama doesn’t really mean what he is saying on the campaign trail in this country.

This past week, one top aide, the now fired Samantha Power (technically she resigned for calling Hillary Clinton a “monster”) told the BBC that if Obama is elected President he “would not necessarily follow through on the plan of withdrawing from Iraq that he had presented as a candidate.”

The week before, another aide told Canadian diplomats that Obama’s tough language on the North American Free Trade Agreement used in the Ohio debates was just politics and he had no intention of really acting on it if elected.

So, only one of two things can be going on here.

Either Obama is a liar…or, he is surrounding himself with advisers at the highest levels who can’t be trusted and are saying things at odds with what the candidate believes. If that is the case, what does it say about Obama’s judgment? And, isn’t the “judgment”
thing what he likes to throw at Hillary Clinton?
