Okay Hillary and Barack and John–time to stop all the nonsense and talk about something impacting REAL Americans: Credit Card debt!
This is bound to scare you.
A CNN report today says that overall credit card debt grew by 315 percent from 1989 to 2006.
The report says this translates into consumers racking up “more than $2.2 trillion in purchases and cash advances on major credit cards in just the last year.”
Gets worse
Sure does.
The same report says that fewer people are now paying their credit card bills on time.
This is the sort of thing Americans need answers to…”hope” is not enough and doesn’t pay off even the minimum due each month.
A lot of this, of course, was caused by the subprime mortgage mess, but not all.
So, let’s hear your plan for this one, Hillary, Obama and John.
One Response
