Caucuses seem to love Barack Obama and loath Hillary Clinton.
The former first lady turned Democratic Party presidential candidate does pretty well in secret ballot primary states, not well in caucuses where voting is NOT done in secret and peer pressue is heavy.
Obama has now won both the Nebraska and Washington state caucuses–with some 70 percent support in the first and about 67 percent support in the second.
A pattern is starting to emerge which might suggest that Obama gets the most votes in venues where cult-like followers can pressure non-aligned voters to see it “their” way!
There may be other explanations, of course, but I do think we are on to something here.
