“I am not gay,” Says Sen. Craig! Others Follow Suit

Have to hand it to those Republicans…even when they get caught with their pants down–around their ankles–they can still look you in the eye (or some body part) and say with a straight face, “I am not gay.”  Idaho Senator Larry Craig is saying that ,even though he has pleaded guilty in a men’s room police sting. What was he doing with the cop in there anyway? Getting a speeding ticket?

But, now that the third term senator has made his declaration, it does sort of clear the path for others to follow suit.

In coming days, perhaps we’ll here other politicians make their own emphatic declarations:

Hillary Clinton : “I am not a lesbian. I just like chewing tobacco and Jodie Foster movies.”

Barak Obama : “I do not have big ears. It’s my head that’s small.”

Karl Rove : ” I am not Bush’s brain. Think anyone can get inside THAT head?”

Rudy Giuliani : “I am not a bad father or husband. I’m just not a decent person.”

Pres.Bush :” I am not that dumb. But, I’m darn near close.”

Sen. McCain : “I am not too old to be President, I said to Ben Franklin just the other day.”
