Karl Rove, the severed brain of George W, lashed out at Chris Wallace right there on the Fox Alleged News Channel (FANC) by calling Wallace ” an agent of Congress.”

Wow. Doctors have long studied what happens to the human brain when it is severed from its body (the folks at Al-Qaeda have a leg up on this one, though) but this is truly awesome.

Here you have the man who gave us the most dangerous, anti-Constitutional, administration in the history of the United States (yeah, I guess Bush shares some of that responsibility, so, heck, let’s give the ol’ boy credit where credit is due, shall we?) insulting one of FANC’s own–Chris, son of Mike, Wallace.

Wallace was doing something that is anathema to right wing fanatics - he was trying to report the news in a “fair and balanced way”– sound familiar?? He wanted to know why Rove refused a subpoena by the Senate Judiciary Committee looking into why U.S. Attorneys were apparently fired for political reasons. (Wasn’t that something that used to happen in the Soviet Union? Interesting what influences the thinking of some ultra-right wing nutjobs.)

Rove balked. He actually cited the Constitution, something you’d find scarce evidence he believes in, as reason for giving Congress the cold shoulder–the right shoulder, I presume.

When Wallace tried to get Rove to answer his question, Rove’s fangs , usually not seen on national television, clearly showed. “You don’t understand you’re being an agent of Congress when you ask me that question, but you are.”

Rove went further and accused Wallace of being “an agent of Senator Leahy and Congressman Waxman.”

That’s sort of the right-wing version of : ” and your mother wears army boots!”

What will we see next — Karl Rove filling in for Larry King on CNN?

Crap. I’d pay big bucks to see that one.
