Admittedly, there exists a tiny group of liberal elitists who don’t, who find this kind of “satire” hilarious. But most find this sort of thing terribly disrespectful.

The normal human reaction to what you wrote is to take offense, not wrack one’s brain wondering if you are satirizing some commentary made long ago. Oh and btw, it is also rather tasteless to be mocking someone so soon after his death.
